To understand why we’re entering the healthcare sector, let’s take a step back to last year and the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
The pandemic devastated many of our clients, team members, community, and eliminated so many of the opportunities that make our industry so great. As a team, we were dealing with so much uncertainty, and we discussed what we could do to make a difference.
Many hospitals and retirement communities reached out to us during the pandemic due to the shortages and strains on their staffs and we wanted to help. In years past, we have worked with county health departments and healthcare organizations to place non-clinical positions, but we felt the need to do more. So, we decided to transition into clinical positions and grow our firm into a full-scale healthcare provider.
We’ve wasted no time identifying the resources necessary to partner with the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS) and added a full complement of team members dedicated to staffing within the healthcare industry.
