The Accurate Staffing process is designed for maximum efficiency.
Once you complete our application process, you will be offered appropriate positions based on your preferences, experience and skills.
The process will vary from job to job, but we aim to be as efficient as possible.
As an applicant, you will not pay for any of the services Accurate provides.
You can search open jobs and apply online, or you may send us your resume.
You will be asked to provide complete work history information as well as other standard information required for job applications.
After the application is complete, you may be invited to interview with one of Accurate Staffing’s expert recruiters. In the interview, you will have the opportunity to discuss your skills, experience and what you are looking for in your next position.
Accurate conducts reference checks with previous employers and other references you provide. We may also conduct other types of background checks or screenings as required by the employer.
Once those checks are complete, you will be offered jobs based on your suitability for open roles.
We know that not every job will be a good fit for you. Sometimes you will not know that until you have tried the position. If you are on an assignment and find it will not work for you, we ask that you contact us immediately rather than walking off the job.
You may be asked to stay at an assignment long enough for us to find a replacement, but we will attempt to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
Communication is the key in these situations. We expect open communication from our field employees, and they can expect the same from the Accurate Staffing office.
Our positions will be posted on our website and updated regularly, so check our job board frequently. We ask that you keep us informed if your availability or interests change, or if you gain any additional experience, certifications or education, and we will update your profile.
