In 2006, the International Food Manufacturer launched a manufacturing project that would require 200+ temp employees. We were partnered with a corporate staffing agency and found they could not handle the increased volume while Accurate staffing thrived. We immediately ended the corporate contract and Accurate Staffing was tasked to take over the entire staffing project. This was the start of a great long-term partnership and the Accurate Staffing team became an extension of the Kellogg Charlotte plant. They are actively involved in our daily operations meetings and plant walk-throughs. The on-site staffing model we started in the Charlotte plant with Accurate Staffing has now been duplicated at many other sites within the organization due to its success.
We are in great shape after partnering with Accurate Staffing. We have a steady workforce and a number of candidates waiting in the queue when we have a position open up. It’s a 180 from last year at this time.
